No, only registered investors will be able to access certain information about your business. This is to enable them to make informed decisions on pledging to the funding request. Otherwise, all other information submitted to FundTier will be kept strictly private and confidential.
There are no fees to list funding requests.
Once we receive all the information required, we will contact you for further discussions and clarifications. A funding application can be closed within a week depending on how quick you are able to prepare the necessary documentation.
Yes. If your funding request is not at least 80% subscribed, you may withdraw your application.
Upon hitting a minimum commitment of 80%, the funding request will be considered as successful. The funds raised (any amount between 80-100%) will be transferred to your bank account at the end of the funding period, even if it does not eventually reach 100%.
If the level of commitment does not reach a minimum commitment of 80% by the end of the funding period, the application will not go through.
Funding will also automatically close when commitment reaches 100% within the funding period.
By signing up, you will receive the latest updates from FundTier.
